How many guests can the property accommodate?
The home comfortably accommodates up to 20+ guests across 7 spacious bedrooms. Additional day guests may be permitted for events, weddings, or retreats — just let us know your requirements in advance.
Is the property suitable for weddings or events?
Yes — the estate is a beautiful and private setting for intimate weddings, ceremonies, engagement parties, and special occasions. Outdoor marquees, styling, and vendor access can be arranged. Event approvals and additional terms may apply, so we encourage early planning.
Are pets allowed?
We love animals, but due to the natural acreage and wildlife, pets are considered on request only. Please contact us with details if you’d like to bring your pet.
Are there any restrictions on noise or music?
To respect the peaceful hinterland setting and neighbouring properties, we ask all guests to:
Keep amplified music to reasonable levels
Cease outdoor music by 10:00 PM
Follow respectful behaviour guidelines during their stay

What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy depends on the type of booking (retreat, holiday, or event). Standard bookings allow for partial refund with 30+ days’ notice. Custom event and wedding bookings may require a deposit and have different terms. Please review your agreement or contact us for specific policies.
